Possible Directors for the new Star Wars films:
If David Lynch directed Episode XII, Vader would have been played
by Dennis Hopper breathing through a mask creepily saying “Mommy” through the
whole film. (Yes, Vader & Hopper are
both dead.)
If Richard Linklater did it, he would’ve cast Ben Affelck as
Lando, Adam Goldberg as C-3P0, Wiley Wiggins as Ben Skywalker and both of the London
brothers as the Solo Twins (either could be Jaina).
If Wes Anderson did it, you know Bill Fuckin’ Murray would
be in there somewhere.
If Paul Thomas Anderson did it, the costume design would reflect
futuristic, hipster-esque motifs. Coruscant
would look like Brooklyn and be filmed entirely on location there.
If Kevin Smith did it, Randel would be a clone bitching
about how the The Hobbit films are “three more movies about fuckin’ walking”,
but Michael Parks would play Admiral Thrawn.
If Quentin Tarantino did it, then Kurt Russell could finally
play Han and Mace Windu would come back one-armed with 120 N-bombs, but it
would be accepted because they would all be referring to Gungans.
If David Fincher did it, there would be no special effects,
but Trent Reznor would do the soundtrack.
…and if Robert Rodriguez did it, Danny Trejo would be an
amazing jedi master.

Boycotting Huffington Post
Huffington Post has always been sorta...iffy. It is basically a collection of links to other articles, often with the text of said article in the beginning. Started by a former GOP member who turned over 20 years ago to the Democratic side of the coin. Why do they have a front row seat at White House press conferences?
Something just seems off. Since it got bought for $315,000,000 by AOL/Time Warner, it seems like the fix is in. So to see what happens I am going to eliminate Huffington Post from my media diet until the summer. I'll find out where else I can get my info from and give an update down the road.
